Working both behind the scenes and face-to-face with clients, she ensures that every detail runs smoothly so each visit feels effortless and relaxing.

She loves working in a spa environment that centers on care, wellness, and connection, and is passionate about being part of a team that prioritizes meaningful relationships with guests. Madi takes pride in learning each client's preferences and needs, allowing her to create personalized experiences that exceed expectations and make every guest feel genuinely valued.

Outside of work, Madi's favorite way to unwind is through mindful movement. She enjoys long walks with her Golden Retriever, Poppy, soaking in fresh air, staying active, and recharging both mentally and physically.
